"What we love about Crescents is that it’s an inclusive dance school and everyone gets an opportunity to be part of the school shows. This nurtures confidence in children"
"My daughter has been dancing at Crescents since she was 2.5 years old going from just doing ballet each week to now doing 5 different lessons a week (including singing). There are endless opportunities but no pressure. My daughter competes at festivals and is part of the yearly Panto team. Miss Jane the principal has time for everyone and nurtures her dancers to be the best they can be. A fabulous dance school with a wonderful ethos."
"My daughter has been with Crescents Ballet School from the age of 3yrs. Miss Jane & all her teachers have encouraged & supported Niamh to blossom;
participating in dance competitions, wonderful shows & Panto. She is a confident young lady with a fantastic group of friends & support network.
Crescents Ballet School is so much more than a dance school; its a dance family.
We are excited for all the fabulous opportunities that lie ahead for all of our beautiful dancers"
"Grace has attended Crescents for over 7 years now, attending 4 classes a week. Her ability and confidence has come on in leaps and bounds. She had slight learning needs, but Miss Jane always encouraged and nurtured her and she has now competed in many festivals, dancing in duets, trios and groups. Can’t recommend Crescents Ballet School enough"
"Jacob joined Crescents aged 5. He was shy but loved classical music and definitely wanted to do ballet. Over the last 6 years he has thrived at Crescents and greatly benefited from Miss Jane’s teaching. The inclusive attitude of all at the dance school means Jacob completely fits in with his age group.
I’m a very proud dance mum"
"Both my girls love dancing with Crescents, there is a real variety of classes and opportunities suitable for every type of dancer. My one daughter takes part in 5 classes a week, exams, festivals, shows and pantomime and the other chooses to just take part in acro and singing. You can do as little or much as you like!"
"My two girls love coming to dance! One has been with Crescents since she was 3 now she is 9 and still loves it. They love everything about crescents and all the amazing things they have been part of. Miss Jane is lovely always friendly, kind and will help every single student, I would recommend Crescents to anyone"
"My daughter has been dancing since she was 3, we had to move location and was worried about finding another dance school, but Crescents was recommended to us and so pleased it was, my daughter's confidence has grown massively, she was made to feel part of the team from day one, Miss Jane always brings the best out of each child and Emma has made lots of friends for life! I would recommend Crescents to everyone looking for a dance school with lot of different styles of dance on offer"
"Both our girls have been at Crescents since the age of two and a half. My eldest is now almost 16. They have both achieved so much, dancing at competitions, shows and festivals. Also had amazing opportunities to dance at Disneyland Paris, Birmingham Hippodrome, London and been lucky enough to perform in pantomime which they absolutely love. The girls have grown in confidence, Miss Jane is so supportive of them both. They have made some lovely friendships and I’m certain the friends they have made at Crescents will be their friends forever"
"Crescents is more than just a dance school, it’s a family. My little girl has been dancing here for 3 years and absolutely loves her teachers, friends and classes. The standard is high yet the atmosphere is friendly, I highly recommend Crescents"
"Daisy joined Crescents 3 years ago. She loves dancing and is progressing really well. She has made life long friends and enjoys mixing with her peers. Her favorite thing is festivals. We are really proud of what she has achieved so far and we are looking forward to seeing what she will achieve with such good tuition. Thanks team Crescents."
"I joined Crescents just over a year ago, looking for adult classes that would challenge me and help me improve and I’ve not been disappointed. I’ve had the opportunity to carry on taking grades, take part in the show and have made some great friends.
My daughter joined the school, just six months ago, coming from a different dance school. The improvements in her confidence and ability have been astronomical but most importantly we immediately felt part of the family and she and I have made great friends. My daughter would live at the studio if she could. I can’t wait to see what her future holds and what an amazing dancer she will develop into."
"Dancing with Crescents has helped my daughters grow in confidence. To gain the confidence that they ‘can’ do something. Miss Jane has taught them how to be more confident within themselves. They’ve learnt how to prepare for exams and perform well in them. A life skill all young children need! Can’t thank dancing and Crescents enough for that"
"My daughter was 2 years old when she joined Crescents and although she loved to dance at home and in class she was extremely shy when it came to performing in front of an audience, so much so that we couldn't get her on stage at her first show, 2 years later her confidence had grown and she managed to get on stage and perform. Her confidence blossomed since then and now 5 years after that first show you can't stop her! We will be forever thankful to Miss Jane for the support and encouragement she gives and for giving her a chance to shine!"
"My daughter has been attending Crescents since she was 4 years old - she’s now almost 17! Can’t say much more than that really - dancers don’t stay at the same dance school for 13 years unless they’re entirely happy. Crescents is an entirely inclusive, wonderful school where everyone helps each other achieve their full potential. The Principal, Miss Jane is warm, welcoming & nurturing to all students & brings out the very best in them. I would recommend Crescents to anyone in a heartbeat"
